1899 and 18866 and patientline

does anyone know why 1899 and 18866 dont have calls to patientline in the hospitals i thought it would have came under ringing a personal no. which starts with 070 any ideas

No, you could try emailing them.
If they did class the calls as personal numbers they are charged at 20ppm on Call18866, or slightly cheaper 15ppm on Call1899.
To check what OFCOM class the calls as see UK Phone Information or Magenta System Dialling Code Look-Up.
The above is only what OFCOM class the calls as - some networks may class it different (ie mobile).0
