Has anyone used this company? We've loaded up a card from them with money for our holiday to the USA this weekend. However, when we go online to register the card, it does not recognise the email address we used to set it up. We're getting nowhere when we phone, thats when they actually pick up. Not getting good vibes here, really starting to worry
