    My apologies, I never intended to aim my comments at what you said or did, genuinely if I have written my words in a way that has allowed you to think this then I am sorry.

    In it unravelling I was referring to your confirmation that he had permission to access the account and to change the address etc. This was a point where you may have had some opportunity to request removal of the issued default. It wasn't a snipe at you hiding facts, that hadn't even crossed my mind.
