Northern rock credit card PPI

Who do I contact about claiming back PPI from a Northern Rock credit card from around 2003,have tried contacting Virgin Money but I have had no reply and on some statements it has cooperative bank at the top of statement so I dont know if it is the coop I should be contacting,has anyone else been sucessful claiming from Northern Rock.
