TA6 property information form

Is the TA6 firm which is used in conveyancing, used during the process when agricultural land only is being sold/bought?

    Either ask your conveyancer, or if you are DIYing, refer to whichever guide you are using.

    My guess is it should makeno difference, but that's just a guess!

    Hi Lavande

    When I sold some land a while ago, the buyer's solicitor requested that I complete a TA6. I recall that some questions weren't relevant, so I answered N/A.

    Essentially, the buyer can ask any pre-contract questions they like (including or excluding those on the TA6). It depends how cautious/savvy/suspicious the buyer and their solicitor are.

    The seller does not have to answer the questions, but the buyer would draw their own conclusions from that.
