Hi all
I've been checking my credit reports recently after being discharged from BR. There are 2 defualts on there both relating to the same account.
One is a barclaycard defualt and then a seconf default for kingshill - the company who took over the debt. I have contacted them and asked them to mark the defualt as Satisifed (due to the br) but what should be done about the barcalycard default.
Obviously I will contact them to get it satisfied but should it be on there twice under two companies oor once the debt was passed on to kingshill should barclaycard not remove their details?
Thanks in advance

Raise a notice of dispute with both the credit reference agency’s, and the original creditor, you will probably find that it will be the entry from the DCA which shall remain. It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0
