Hi,
We are getting debt free and have been with Step change/CCCS for 3 years, never missed a payment.4 debts cleared the big ones on going.
We paid PPI on the car finance and 3 other debts, what is the way forward with claiming, would it be worth it,would we have to give them the money back now or should we wait until the debts are totally cleared? We do not want what is not ours but these debts will and are being paid.Any advice please ?

If you complain while you reamin in debt to them, or if you complain after you finish paying your debts, and have had amounts written off, any redress will go towards those arrears/amounts first.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

-taff is correct. However, the redress for the car PPI would be paid by the dealer rather than the lender in all likelihood and as the OP does not owe the dealer anything it would probably come to them. (It would be different if they were bankrupt, though).0
