Email Problem

I have a gmail account and find that 99% of my recently received emails are being replied to and are then sent back to me by my ISP saying the file is too large.
Can someone tell me if this is a problem with My ISP, Gmail, some form of malware /virus, or something else.
I'm running XP2, the gmail account is POP enabled to my laptop but I currently only access it on my desktop via the webpage. I've run several spyware and anti virus programs today.
Any help welcome

Edit for the benefit of anyone with same problem.
Turned out that my ISP email account was full! I'd been using gmail online for so long that my pop forwarding to Outlook on my laptop (lent now to my daughter) had just filled up the allowance which was why they weren't accepting any more.
Surprised I didn't realise, surprised nobody on here didn't too

Anybody got a suggestion?0

Are you sending large files? If you are, your ISP may have a limit on size, and therefore that is your answer. If you are just sending typical e-mails with no big sound or image files, I would contact the customer services department of your ISP- you may have to telephone them if your e-mails keep bouncing.more dollar$ than sense0

Post an example of the 'bounce' message from your ISP, disguising any personal information.0

I'm not actually sending any emails deliberately. Each email I receive arrives and within a minute or 2 an email like this arrives on the same topic:
from Mail Delivery System <MAILER-DAEMON@ukfsn.org> hide details 9:14 am (4 hours ago)
to ****sie+caf_=rob=****.ukfsn.org@gmail.com
date May 30, 2007 9:14 AM
subject Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender
mailed-by mail.ukfsn.org
This is the Postfix program at host mail.ukfsn.org.

Still need help with this. Can anyone suggest my next move?0

imsi, do you mean your legitimate emails are being replied to and then you get a undeliverable msg come back??
it seems like spammers are spoofing your email to send out spam....so basically using your address in the from field...which then bounces back if one of the recepients doesn't exist or if their mail server rejects the email...0 -
Yes, emails from friends, mailing lists, companies seem to get immediately replied to, although these do not appear in my sent folder, then rejected as too big as per example above.
If you are correct what should I do?0 -
imsi...this definately sounds like a virus...make sure your virus definitions are up to date..also try running an online virus scan...
