What have / will you spend today Wed May 30th?

:hello: Morning all! :j

Dull rainy day here but really ploughing through work today which is good so far! :T

Owe boyf £1 but he did give me 2 x £2 coins at the weekend so it all evens out really!
I will be paying for dinner tonight at our Wednesday night pub meeting as he paid for lunch out Sunday and Monday so £25ish.
£5 at lunch as will need some chocolate and will stock up with Diet Coke from supermarket instead of expensive shop next door!

Keep it low!

Hi SC and everyone who follows!
Despite my 'expected big spend' yesteday, I didn't buy anything I needed and had a 60p day!

    Today:
£1.04 on posting letter registered delivery for OH
£4.00 on some gorgeous trainers in primarks
£10.00 from shopping budget on toiletries in Superdrug and salad stuff

My bank account is looking quite unhealthy, as OH is getting paid slightly later this month. Eeek. x

I'm spending £500 on paying off some debts :)

Aside from that I'll spend £5 on putting a wee bit of petrol in the car, and as little as possible on getting some lunch from Greggs (normally go home for lunch but I have to drive to a nearby town to pay this money off my debt which will take up my entire lunch hour! Damn, that means I'll have to pay parking too!!)

    Mortgage-free Glee!
No spend day for me today!

Yesterday was a bit pricey short term as I had to fill with petrol and go into the office (although I can claim it back).

I caved in and bought a chocolate bar in the petrol station too :embarasse
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D
  • it should be a nsd... as i only have my driving lesson (budgetted) however i want some chocolate :rotfl: so i will update later

I think I got away without spending anything yesterday! It did mean I just ate crap in the evening (bacon, sausage and egg sandwich anyone?). This evening I'll be rocking the frozen pizzas. Miserable weather, so wont be going outside.

I'm going to buy lunch, and get some whey protein from Holland & Barratt because it's over half price. I got that blender a couple of weeks ago for protein shakes, but have no protein yet (balked at the price), so going to get two lots and see how I get on. That'll be about £25 today then!

The next step on my plan to whip my body into the shape of my finances (less than £6000 to go on the grad loan) is to start getting up early and doing some exercise first thing. If I can get up everyday for a week and walk for a few miles, then it's a start.

10.55am and I have spent nothing yet! yay me!

I know I'll spend 3.00 on ciggies this afternoon and I'm going to the pub tonight with OH, OH's bro and OH's cousin so I will get myself a snakebite to last the night and that should be about 2.00.

Hopefully only a 5.00 spend for me today then... I'll let you know how I get on!

    good luck guys!
(Well done Cazzdevil for paying off some debts - :D)

Hopefully nothing! Bought milk for the office yesterday, but put my chewing gum in the receipt, so won't be able to claim that back!!

Thanks, but I was utterly stupid to let the arrears accrue in the first place! It's amazing how quickly time passes when you're burying your head in the sand.
