Balance transfer / new card help please :-):-)

HelloI have two credit cards one with Tesco with a £1'000 balance the other with Halifax with a £2,000 balance.


Can I transfer both of these balances to a new card at 0 per cent?


Also does anyone recommend a card I can transfer too
