E:30/04 Win You Are What You Eat goodies

..sadly, not edible ones!

The book, the new cookbook and the DVD's - just the thing if you've overindulged on Easter eggs :D

Well..TBH, I've never won anything in my life either :(

Actually, that's a lie - I'm sure I won a sherbert fountain in the Brownie raffle when I was six ;) But, they say 'you've got to be in it to win it', don't they, so you never know! :)

BTW...Gillian McKeith says seaweed is delicious. She lies (yick!)

That's not all she's 'lied' about:

And search his columns for more...

For the record, I think Seaweed is quite nice (in moderation). But it's ace in soups and stews etc.

Oh, totally....the dietitians in the hospital where I work go loopy if you even mention her - they think that although SOME of what she says is good advice, not ALL of it is, but that unfortunately that people have a tendency to follow all or nothing :(

I have actually bought the cookbook though, and it has some really nice recipes in it :)
