Is that a good thing, or a bad thing

So have I. I fly with BA on a monthly basis and I'm a Silver card holder. I can't remember that last bad experience I had with them. It just seems that some people love to criticise them for the smallest thing but are very forgiving to other airlines.0 -

In my fairly limited experience of BA, they've always done a good job for me.0 -

In the past when I flew regularly on BA between Edinburgh and London they were OK if everything was going to plan, but as soon as there was the slightest hiccup anywhere in their network the first thing that got disrupted was domestic flights, even if there was actually no problem on those routes.
The final straw for me was having a flight that was due to arrive back in Edinburgh at 9pm actually arrive at 2am, and despite the ground staff at Heathrow assuring passengers that transport home would be provided there was not a single BA representative at Edinburgh and everyone had to sort out their own transport. And for the final kick in the teeth, after they had finally grudgingly paid the taxi fare their offer of compensation was a voucher for in-flight purchases - not much use on domestic flights anyway, and particularly so when I had already vowed not to use them again unless forced to.0 -

as ever, we all speak as we find and from our relevant experiences :beer:0 -
Yes indeed, I'm a big fan of Easyjet as they have always been good for me, even when it's me that's messed up, but I'm sure there are plenty of people who have had bad experiences with them and feel as I do about BA. :AMurphy_The_Cat wrote: »as ever, we all speak as we find and from our relevant experiences :beer:0
