first vanquis statement

i phoned the statement line and the minimum balance became due from the 15th of this month, but its now the 18th and i still havent received a statement and im not registered for online..is this normal?

How long have you had the card?

Have you signed up for on-line billing?

Anyway, you should contact Vanquis to find out why you didn't receive a statement. Missing the first payment is not a good sign.

no i havent missed a payment, the issue date of the statement is 15th and payment is due by 10th of next month

you have to physically register for online statements, they dont do it automatically

If the statement was generated on the 15th, it is only the 18th today. You need to give it time to arrive. It was probably posted out to you on the 16th or even 17th.

If it hasn't arrived by the weekend then maybe consider giving them a call but if you know the payment isn't due until 10 July, there is no need to be panicking yet. Even online statements don't always appear on the date they are due.

Also you can make your payment without the statement via online banking or paying on their website by debit card.

If you mean that the statement was produced on 15th, rather than the payment being due on 15th, then I wouldn't have expected you to receive a statement yet - bearing in mind 15/6 was a Saturday and it is only Tuesday now, for my credit card is it normally about 8-9 calendar days after the statement date that I receive the statement in the post (this isn't with vanquis but I'd imagine they are all similar).
