My DD bought a top, some shorts and sunglasses from urban Outfitters in Westfield White City the other day and when she checked the bag the next day the sunglasses hadn't been packed. Westfield is not particularly close for us so would have been pretty inconvenient to go back to collect them.
Telephoned the store on the advice of customer service and the very helpful assistant manager refunded my DD's card so that she can reorder the sunglasses online and also added an extra £5 for the inconvenience. Well done Urban Outfitters brilliant customer service to rectify what was obviously a genuine error
