Hi. I am a landlord my neighbours contacted me. The tenant in my property has nren jumping on the roof of my property drunk and put holes in the roof. She has also neem throwing the tiles at neighbours and set the neighbours shed on fire and stole items from another neighbours shed
I have been round to speak to her but she denies the damage even tho you can see the holes on the roof.
Obviously I want her out now as I am concerned if it rains the house will be ruined. And I dont want the property damaged further.
Help

Do you have proof of the condition of the roof before the neighbours complaints?
Did the neighbours report her behaviour to the police?
You can't evict a tenant just for causing damage especially on hear say during the fixed part of a contract.
You need to get pictures of the roof now if you don't have proof of the condition of the roof.
And you need to tell the neighbours that they must call the police if she goes up there especially if she is throwing tiles at them. They should also call the police now and report the damage to their own property.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
