Can banks refuse to look at rejected ppi claims again that were pre May 2011?

Have recently had 2 successful loan ppi claims against Natwest. A third loan was originally rejected in 2008. MSE website says that claims that were pre May 2011 may have been tactically rejected and that you can claim against it again. I tried but Natwest refused and said that the loan had been investigated and it was now closed. Has anyone else tried to claim a second time on a previously rejected claim or does anyone know where there is information that explains it so I can send it direct to the bank.

You can ask that it bere-investigated in light of the ruling, but if they say they have done it, you can try the FOS but they might time-bar you anyway....
