Owed Money- What course of action to take?

    Yes I have bank details for one of the partners but he is the one not being claimed against as he has refunded his share of the money and the other partner has never insisted that they are jointly responsible for the debt.

    Does having these details help?

    if you have bank details then you can get a garnishee order against his bank accounts.

    As they are partners I'd have thought they were jointly liable

    I can understand where you're coming from, maybe in hindsight I should have put the claim against both of them through moneyclaim then leave it upto them to sort out, but I don't know if they're business partners as in a company, I'm probably just referring to them incorrectly.

    I put the claim against one because they seemed to be the figurehead and the other more of a salesperson who has given me back his cut of the transaction.
