i waited nearly 12 months for my appeal. No underwater this is not my only income my husband works full time but he is waiting to go into hospital for a heart opperation to have a leaking valve replaced,so when the 12th july comes does that mean we will only be living on my husbands wages ?0 -

Yes as your husband is employed you won't be eligible for income based ESA.
