PPI Claim after death

My mum died 25th April 2013 and had already made a claim for a refund of a Barclay Loan which was miss sold to her as she had already retired.
She had still not heard back when she died and I am now wondering where my sister and myself stand with this claim.
If we contact Barclays will they tell us that we are not entitled to carry on with the claim or will we be able to continue with the claim.
Would appreciate any advice please.

I think the executor can continue or make new complaints. You could get in touch with Barclays, explain your situation and ask them what proof would they need if the complaint were to be upheld.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
