Redundancy

Hi, hope someone can give me a bit of advice please.
I was off work quite a bit last year with a disabilatating condition. When I returned to work I was sent to see HR whose words were 'We don't want another year like this' and sent me to occupational health who said I was fit to do the job that I was employed to do and that I was also covered by the disability act.
I have been at work since because the medication I am on has controlled my condition but I am having to change tablets and will most likely have a relapse.Unwittingly I told my supervisor about this a few months ago and now I am being made redundant, they have said that the position is no longer required as things have gone quiet, but it has always been like that! I have worked there for 7 years! They used the points system and I came out the loser. At my first consultation I questioned why I had got such low scoring. At my second consultation I was given the explanations and was shocked and upset that the answers were all lies, and I told them so and all I got in reply was a simple 'ok' and that was that.
It's not the being made redundant that is so upsetting me it's the fact that they have lied to get the scores down, is there anything I can do? I must add I worked for a law firm.
