which stroller?

Has anyone any ideas of the tallest buggy out there? As far as I can see it's the Maclaren Techno which comes with a handle height of 111cm & costs £130 with free delivery from kiddicare (who I hate so I want to avoid) or there's last years model which is only £100 but is only 105cm high (which is no good for me).

Can anyone beat this price or tell me of another buggy which is as tall or taller?

I have an expensive Mamas & Papas travel system which my daughter is getting too tall for (just like her mum) & I find it strains my back even though the woman on the M&P helpline reckons it's 108cm high.

My daughter is 19 months old so we don't need anything that lies flat but it has to be something comfortable.

Sorry to babble, thanks in advance.

You can get buggies with adjustable handle height. I can't be more specific as it's over a year since I bought my last pram but I specifically remember thinking it would be good for my OH as he's 6ft 1 (no problem for me at 5ft 3 :()

Thanks Jay Jay, the maclaren is actually adjustable but the maximum height is just about bearable. I don't suppose you could tell me which pram you have?

We have a Britax Excel (I think that's what it's called) but to be honest my OH doesn't push it that often so it doesn't bother him that it's not too high.

It must be a nightmare being tall...I thought it was just shorties that had problems.

Hope you find something soon x

Here is the link to the one sarahlouise suggested :)

I've got the Maclaren Techno and it's great.
Surprised to see you hate Kiddicare, I've used them loads of times and always been impressed, have I just been lucky??

I seem to remember the 'Chicco Caddy' type buggies to be quite tall. I've searched but can't find measurements. I have the oppostie problem.

I've got a Bebe Confort Everest as it has the highest handle I could find (about 120cm, I think). Great 3-wheeler, altho not if you have a small boot!
