how do you get the 3D thing working in Vista

Hi My daughter ha just bought a new laptop with Vista basic on it, and we cannot figure out how to get that 3d thing going, I think its called Aero glass. I think you have to turn it on or enable it or something can anybody help please?

Hi happyhero, unfortunately Vista Basic doesn't have Aero included. Windows Aero, Windows Flip 3D navigation, Scheduled and Network Backup, Windows Meeting Space, and Tablet Technology are only available in Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Business, and Windows Vista Ultimate.I only exist in my own mind - if you can see, hear or read me, you are a product of my imagination.0
