Back in October of 2012 I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my work costing me around £144. I still have not received these shoes from this company despite me contacting them scores of times.
Every conversation with them is a lie. I cannot escalate the problem to either a manager or owner and I have missed my deadline by VISA in them sourcing the refund.
Any good ideas on how I can get my money back?
Any decent letters that I can send?
What options do I have? I seem to be out of them!!:mad::mad:

Unless you paid by credit card there isn't really many options left.
You may need to now send a Letter Before Action giving them 14 days to refund you before you issue court proceedings.
Then go to moneyclaim.gov.uk and actually initiate a claim in the county court.0 -
Even a credit card section 75 claim may not be appropriate.
If you paid £144 for two pairs of shoes, can we assume that neither pair cost over £100?
Section 75 is only applicable to single purchase over £100.

Where can I get a Letter Before Action notice?
The shoes were £77 each, so yes although the total amount paid was above the £100 the individual items were not.0 -

So I can send a Letter Before Action notice to give them a scare? Or do I need to involved others before I send it?0

It's not really about scaring, more a statement of intent. You can send your own, be prepared to follow it up through the courts though, it's inexpensive.0
