Hi everyone! Not sure if anyone can help, but I'm looking for a cheap new sofa. I've seen the ones at Tesco and they seem to be the cheapest...has anyone tried them or has anywhere else worth recommending?...thanks in advance!

Hi
We ordered a couple of suites from Tesco for out reception room.
They were needed promptly for a christening so we didnt have time to get a swatch (sp).
They were delivered quickly and they were of a reasonably good quality especially for the price. However the colour wasnt quite right.
One phone call and suites picked up a couple of days later, no questions asked about why we didnt want them, full refund. I think this applies up to 28 days from delivery.
A couple of points if you do decide to buy from Tesco, but through Quidco to get some cashback and if you buy online through Tesco direct you get triple clubcard points.
So to sum up risk free trial with a very good price.0 -

Hi, we got are sofa from IKEA. If you have the room you can take it way with you.0

We bought a pair of leather sofas from Homebase. Having decided on the sofa we wanted we waited for a 10% off day and saved about £80 and used my Spend & Save card which meant that i also got more money back in the form of about £55 of homebase spend&save vouchers.
I'd definitely recommend trying the sofa before ordering as some that looked lovely and cosy in the brochure were far from comfortable! You may well be able to return a sofa you don't like but it's far simpler to get it right first time than having to get sofas in and out of doors!0 -
Ikea do a two seater sofa for £135 which comes with a removable cover. They have lots of different colour options that change every season. If this helps!Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*
£11,860.00 needed = £1,106 in savings
