Your damp issue may well be down to your lifestyle, i.e. drying clothes indoors. lack of ventilation etc.0 -
Thank you all and i am seeking advice also.
Regarding damp we have imformed LL many times and also letting agents and there aware of the problem and choose to ignore it as being a old house.If the walls were treated with damp proofing then it would not be as bad.So i am not going down without a fight and am filling for disrepair due to damp and other no repairs and my son and partner having asthma.We dont what to leave as been here two years now.Thanks ALL0 -

well hopefully i can get to sit down with them before court and get it sorted,have sent letter asking for meeting but no reply as yet.. if not then move on ..0

Hello thanks for the help yesterday and speaking to shelter today and if you have any more advice it would be of great help.I am sending second letter today and if no reply by Friday sending letter of disrepair.Thanks again0
