Non Delivery Help

Hi

The carrier has delivered to the wrong address and not the one given to the company I ordered from. The company has sent proof of receipt at the wrong address, it is a big shared building with different companies and I have been unable to track down the package.

I have informed the company the delivery address is wrong and I have not been able to track down the package but they are ignoring me.

What course of action should I take?

Assuming the company you ordered from arranged the courier, then I would insist the company you ordered from delivers the goods to you.

Nothing else is acceptable.

The company has the correct address on the invoice but the courier has the wrong address listed on the proof of delivery.

Was told someone would get back to me but still nothing!

Is this a business purchase or are you acting as a consumer?

If you are a consumer, just cancel the order under Distance selling Regulations.

Consumer, I will ask them to cancel and refund, but it seems as far as they are concerned it is delivered and probably just ignore it.
