Does anyone have any experience of appealing against a Party Wall Award. How do you do it and what do you put in the N8 Claim Form.

well if you act fast( within 14 days) you can go to local court but this is EXPENSIVE and unless you can prove the building will damage your foundations or structure the court will make you pay all costs ! you will also have trouble selling your home as there will be a noted disagreement placed on record so a buyer will be told by their solicitor .... something to think on.totally debt free:j and mortgage free too 20100
