Arrears showing but paid up?

Hi all
I paid for the £2 statutory credit report (online) last night and found that one of my accounts is showing as "in arrears" (as at 16 June, yesterday). However, I settled this account in full on 28th May and when I log onto the actual account, it shows that there is nil balance. Admittedly, I was behind with the payments before I settled (which clearly shows on the credit file) but does anyone have any idea of how long it should take for the account to show as "settled" or "up to date"?
This is on Equifax.
TIA.
