I'm looking for a large corner sofa - 7 to 8 seats. These guys look good, but I can't find any reviews on them. Prices are brilliant but does anybody have one ? How comfortable is it ? Are the materials durable ?

We purchased Nabura from a local retailer 3/4 years ago, had nothing but trouble, interiors replaced then went again within months, eventually had to take retailer to court, all money refunded, expert witness report condemned poor maufacture materials, retailer never showed at court, judge said," if I was retailer and saw this report, I would not have turned up either"
Will never have that junk again.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
Thanks. You're about the only independent opinion I've managed to get. Sounds awful. Thought the prices for what I was after might be too good to be true. Might go and see for myself in their showroom at some point.0

They will,(like most furniture), look great in the showroom, but wait till you have had it for a few months, that's the crunch, but it is the same with all furniture, you don't get it on loan until you are happy then pay or return.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
My review of nabru sofa:
Yeh its great I really love it! Apart from the cat
hairs lol! My old sofa was light coloured so didnt show up the hairs!
I think I paid in total 600 ish quid for a massive 4 seater sofa with high narrow arms, and 4 big cushions in different materials and colours. Looks lovely. Was a !!!!!! putting it together and took me about 4 hours on my own. It arrives oin a big pallet of a truck, delivery driver was very friendly and helpful.
I went for the "soft seat option" basically means that you get a webbed cutout under the cushion that gives it a more springy step. Initially when I got it, the cushions were very firm and the company told me that these soften up over a few months use. But they never lose their shape, Its great because I dont have to fluff and plump cushions up all the time. Just give it a weekly hoover with the pipe to get rid of cat hairs.
I requested some fabric samples before hand so I could pick my fabric, i went for a hard wearing fabric called MAX in mocha colour.
I also went for the storage trays, but these are the only let down, i was expecting to have drawers that were easily accessible in the base but in reality the trays are only a piece of square wood, cut out with little feet underneat that go inside the bottom of the sofa loose on the floor. So really the storage trays dont serve any purpose as you can still store stuff iunside without them, however they would be on the floor rather than raised off them on a loose piece of wood about 2cms. Getting into the trays you have to lift the seat cushion off, which is rather dififcult as they are so heavy, so I have take to storing things such as blankets in them and stuff I dont use often so as not having to go into it daily. This option could be left out though as you can store things in it without the trays. The trays just give it a floor but are not fixed in anyway to the sofa.
I would highly reccomend these sofas. For the money, they look very proffesional and are certainly much stronger than a normal DFS sofa or the alike due to the structure and how these fit together. They are very solid pieces.
I got a foot stool also because I thought they were very good value and they are because it also comes in as a 2nd seat when needed. This all came into the total of £600 all in!If you found my post helpful, please remember to press the THANKS button! --->0 -
Hi Everyone,
It's been sometime since the last post on this subject.. however, we're thinking about buying a nabru sofa too but would be good to get any other feedback from people who may have also bought one.
Thanks in advance
