MBNA update

So I have rung and spoke to MBNA and answered all their questions. They then sent me another letter asking to ring again so I did and was told it had been sent out in error, now have had a letter saying sorry for the delay but they will be in touch by the 11th July. Still hanging in there for a good outcome hopefully, if not I haven't lost anything and if it's good then it will be a bonus. You don't know unless you try
