11. Winners selection: Every eligible submitted entry will be judged and scored by a panel of judges, including one independent judge, according to the following criteria:

- Unfunny – lack of humour
- Originality – uniqueness of the submitted entry
- Creative writing skills - writing an original and unusual composition, clearly expressing entrants` thoughts
- Brand relevance – submitted entry should be relevant to Tesco Mobile brand

Competition winner selection is a two stage process:

Stage One: Shortlisting. All eligible entries submitted to the competition, will be reviewed, using the judging criteria stated in clause 11 above to determine a shortlist of the top 30 entries.

Stage Two: Judging. The top 30 shortlisted entries will be reviewed by a judging panel containing at least one judge independent of the Promoter during week commencing 1st July 2013. They will select top 10 entries that best reflect the stated judging criteria above.
