Hi all,

This is in the corner of my garden and I'd like to find out what it's called so I know whether I should cut back the flowered stalk once it's died off or just leave it

The leaves have very sharp spikes at the end of them

As you can see it flowers very nicely, left picture is old where as the right shows the current red flower that's currently growing
