Help identifying this? Plant/Bush Spikes

Hi all,

This is in the corner of my garden and I'd like to find out what it's called so I know whether I should cut back the flowered stalk once it's died off or just leave it

The leaves have very sharp spikes at the end of them

As you can see it flowers very nicely, left picture is old where as the right shows the current red flower that's currently growing

It's a Yucca.

Looks like a Cordyline.

Once the flower has gone over and dried out you can leave it standing (if you like its structural qualities) or cut it off.

Eventually the flower spikes will die back and dry up, and you can pretty much pull them out. The spikes on the end of the leaves are very sharp.

You can also just cut the flower spike off when the flowers go over.

Looks like I can even cut the stem off and attempt to pot it elsewhere

The tips of the actual plant are extremely sharp, has cut me when cutting the grass once or twice
