dischared from iva but trustee still claim my ppi refund

iva discharge and trust still want my ppi refunds
hi,looking for some guidance on ppi refund after been discharged from it last october.I checked my paperwork and it says nothing about claiming money from me after been discharged the trustee has now sent letters to my creditors saying all money goes to my trustee is there anyway around this

Trustees and discharge are to do with bankruptcy, not IVA's, if you have an all assets clause in your IVA, then your insolvency practitioner can currently still reclaim PPI for the benefit of your creditors even when your IVA has successfully completed.

hi, sorry for taking so long to respond i cant see a discharge of asset clause on the paperwork on contract or discharge or anything mentioning ppi

No you wont because you had an IVA and not bankrupt!, ppi is classed as an asset, ppi wont be mentioned specifically in your IVA documents but it will state what happens with assets
