Have I been scammed by Octagon?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone who is insured by Octagon insurance can access their documents online?
I have paid for this years insurance in full today but I am yet to receive an email about my documents or even get them via the "my octagon" section. I did get the purchase confirmation and a separate email which told me my policy number and said that shortly id get an email telling me how to access my documents. I sent them proof of NCB when I got the 1st confirmation email.
Am I just being paranoid?
I will be ringing them after school run tomorrow.
