HSBC -starting MCOL but addresses don't register, which one do i use??

Hi

I'm filing my MCOL cases for 5 bank/credit cards tonight, i'm starting with HSBC. The address i have on my letters (arlington business park, leeds) wont register, says its not a valid postcode and ive then tried the head office in Canada Square but thats not working either....

HELP!! what address so i use??

It should work ok (MCOL actually says H S B C for me)

I'm struggling though....

I've entered both address for HSBC and ALLiance and Liecester but it kepps coming back with errors saying that they arnt valid postcodes and i cannot use '<' and '&' which i havent...

Hmm. Maybe you are copying and pasting? - MCOL doesn't seem to like it - type the address in on the keyboard and it should work.

Hope, put them in by typing

Ive done capitols, lower case, space no space....

Nothings working, its saying the postcose doesnt seem to be in England or Wales....??? :mad:

Put 8 Canada square in the first line and E14 5HQ in the postcode - then click lookup and it should generate the correct address. If you put HSBC in the first line it can't find it.

Ok, ive sorted it.

Me being a numpty!! :rotfl: was putting me as the defendant and the bank as the claimant so no wonder why it wouldnt register
