Section 15 of the T&C:

There is a limit of one entry per person per day. Any duplicate entries will be denied entry and an error message displayed. No bulk, consumer group, third party or agent entries will be valid. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s), multiple mobiles, multiple identifies or addresses to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', brute force' or any other automated or manual means, that person's entries will be disqualified for the whole promotional period and any prize award will be void. For the avoidance of doubt one entry per day will be validated by (including but not limited to) consumers providing a valid and unique email address, a valid and unique mobile number as well as a valid and unique Post Code.

If you close the browser then re-open or open a new window should be ok.
It's just to stop somebody sitting at their pc entering over and over

I was wondering about the wait too, so thanks to the people who also mentioned. I tried replying and got a bounce back and sent a message on the Britvic contact page as it mentioned after the video that someone would contact within 48 hrs. They came back and said they have a winners list and people on it would be contacted soon.... not v committal but hopefully they've just got delayed.
hope that makes sense.

It just did not win on your timeslot, that makes no difference to anyone else using it or their chances of winning.

There will be 2350 winning moments randomly computer generated and spread out into each week of the promotional period.
