i have currently won my ppi claim with rbs i still owe on a loan which has been passed onto another company ..... will i get all of my ppi or will it pay off my oustanding loan :mad:

on my letter, it says that the money will be paid to me by way of a cheque. My claim was through Natwest, which are part of RBS, so you might find the answer to your question on your letter...0

However, if you receive a cheque for the full amount, then the Bank have decided not to offset against your defaulted debt.0
