Hello lovelies. :) Went to the doctors today as I've been suffering from alot of balance problems and dizzyness lately. She said I most likely have an ear and sinus infection (as both have been painful and she had a look) and have been given antibiotics. My blood pressure is also low (but it is naturally anyway) and I've been ordered to rest and not stand up too often or for too long. She said that the infection coupled with my low blood pressure and low weight and coupled with the M.E is taking it's toll on my body!

Anyway, hope you've all had a good day. :) Chilling with a nice cuppa. :)

Sending hugs and much love LM - keep strong and hope the antibiotics ease and help to rid the infection. Sending my love n best wishes to you and yours. Alf xxxxxx

FF - how do you do your poached eggs
(a late friend would do them nicely in a pan of hot water)
Did you get your ilumi curry freebie?
    (not yet ere)

Nipped to get some eggs, milk, bread, fruit n veg as cooler but humid as hell! Froze the bread as heatwave. (fish and chicken in the freezer already)

    Bought a £1 and a £2 Scratchcard NOTHING!

Thanks everyone. Just feeling very wiped out! Need to make a doctors appointment for Dex too because he's had a cold but has a nasty chesty cough with it! Not sure if I'm overreacting though!

iluvcats - sorry you didn't win on the scratch cards. I do my poached eggs in boiling water too, usually in the frying pan as its non-stick. Love my poached eggs and fried eggs soft and runny but my boiled eggs have to be hard. I am just plain awkward really. Also I have two cups with the same pattern, 1 is tall and slim for the coffee and the other is short and wide for my tea. Good job Fred is a patient fella!

Sorry you are feeling poorly LM. Have you tried alibus oil on Dex's pillow? That's what my DD always uses for the GK's to help clear their chest.

I have a Tefal fry pan with the red dot. (cost around £20:eek:)

I heat the pan first & then dry fried eggs / omlette etc.

My sinuses play up often. Agony! Have Nasonex spray but it tastes yuk and not sure if helps!

Thought is it worth buying an egg poacher? Water method is messy for me.
