When I did the dailies before bed it was easier otherwise it can take all day as end up doing other comps! (Twitter/FB/ad-hoc etc.) Can end-up like a headless chicken!
Lol, ILC..... Don't mention the word 'chicken' now!:rotfl::rotfl:
I am just out pruning rather overgrown climbers on a garden archway. Unfortunately can't reach top so have got 'fairly small' stepladders out - not the big ones, after accident, they have been banished!!! Lot of dead wood to be cut out etc, so will be pleased when the job is done.
Sure I can cope with these ladders, diddy size - suit me fine, but just to be safe - have roped them to the wooden archway so alf won't be falling off ......... fingers crossed.xxxxxx

I used to do them all first thing but get distracted now too and it can take me all day. Still got WW to do yet today.
Well done Indie - great win.
Thanks for heads up Sue. Did you have a nice break?
Wondered where you were Sylvia. Does the bus knocked just mean it didn't arrive?
Hung washing out and went out for a walk as it dried up and put a hoody and light waterproof on and was roasted. Had to take them both off.
Got a bottle of Blossom Hill chilling for later (not the 5.5% one)

Ooooh! Re my post (seafood) ........ I do not wish to upset veggies out there - but I have mentioned this before that I am a pescetarian.
I enjoy a wee bit of sea food now and again - not a lot these days really but if I choose fish etc, I always make sure it is sustainable seafood. Alf xxxxxMILITARY WIVES CHOIRSHELP for HEROES0 -

Yest that's me iluvcats running round like a headless chicket:rotfl::rotfl:
Yes Sheils when we say the bus knocked it means they took the 10.30 and we had to wait for the 11. It went into town but didn't come back. Why? what expression do you use in Scotland?
Now ALFIE what have I told you about those ladders and steps of yours? We don't want you out of action again now do we?:(
Glad you had a good day Katie.
What's this about not eating since 6.30am firefly? thats really not good for you. They are saying on the Compers Chat corner that the women on here are scary. Thought we were a lovely bunch of peeps personally. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

We don't have any special expression for missing buses Sylvia. Checked with DH who drove buses in Liverpool and Chester areas and he didn't know it either. I have got a 30% voucher printed for our Falkirk stay on Tuesday as we are staying right next door to a Beefeater. Have you got one of their reward cards? Of course we are scary! :rotfl: (Great pics)Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media
