Oh, there seems to have been a party with cocktails and a buffet. It looks like I have missed out but thank you all anyway.

Been busy, busy, cooking Father's day lunch for the family. It has been really hectic here but they have gone now so must try and catch up.

Glad everyone has had a lovely day.

I see we have a nice shiny new Inn. Hope it stays nice and clean this time around, its such a shame to spoil it for everyone.

Sheils/firefly - yes Fred had a lovely time with the family. He has cards and telephone calls and some Crabbies Ginger Ale so he was happy enough. Glad your DH had some nice pressies Sheils.

Alfie/ILC...I agree, never anything decent on tv. I noticed Burried was on tv yesterday, I have it on DVD and although it's mainly shows the man burried in grave...it has a good twist to it.
Sylvia, did you enjoy your family lunch? DH was hung over today and he went to his parents and I went to mine! My mum is not too good sadly but she managed some fresh air out in the garden today. The kids took hubby a drink and pancake up to him to cure his hangover!
Alfie, hope puddy is behaving himself! I am so embarrassed....:o I found out the 'bangers' going off last night was actually thunder! :rotfl: it didn't sound like thunder...there was no rumble or lightening, just a massive boom that shook the house! :doh: (silly me!)
