Loved the joke I love cats told it hubby and he even cracked a smile a seldom seen just latlely :rotfl: I swear he's victor meldrews brother :rotfl: it's been raining most of the day with lots of thunder but last night I was so tired I was in bed before 7pm and never heard anything till 6am been feeling very tired of late but got hospital next week to check on ulcers got to have that horrid camera down the throat :eek: just hate it. It's not that I worry anymore than anyone else but I produce 3 times more acid than normal people... Bummer :rotfl:

Just out of interest, has anyone noticed decline of wasps this year? Not seen one yet - usually by now they are around!!

Saw this on Beeb website:

Numbers are low so far this year because of a huge decline in the wasp population in 2012, say experts. That drop was the result of fluctuating temperatures earlier in the year.

No quantitative data is available for wasp numbers in the UK. Unlike butterflies and bees, there is no official recording scheme, but many experts working in the fields of entomology, biodiversity and conservation say numbers appear to be significantly down.

A warm spell in February 2012 brought queens out of hibernation early
Many then died when the weather got cold again
Fewer colonies were established resulting in fewer wasps this year so far
An unseasonal spell of good weather in late February last year is being blamed. It resulted in mated queen wasps coming out of hibernation early, experts say. Temperatures soon dropped again and many of them died because of a lack of food.

Not keen on the wee critters but hate to see a decline in any species

I think their all at mine then! we have a nest in our roof which were leaving be, and i was gardening and my neighbour said be careful theres a wasp nest in the fence! all i see is wasps at the moment :eek:

Is each episode unique? I.e. If I skip 1+2 (maybe3) do we lose the plot?

Does the story follow from Episode to Episode ?

Hi everyone, hope you have all had a good day. Didn't go to DD2's today after all as had to take dogs for a cut and blow dry first and wasn't feeling too good so will go tomorrow.

Fred has had a win from the Handbag Co. - £300 to spend at Atterley Road.

trying to find it, how is it i've found episode 8 which isnt on channel 4 until sunday yet i cant find series 1 and 2 lol

If no joy maybe read about series one and 2 and watch the rest, I think you will still get into it
