Got back yesterday morning after a lovely time at Hamilton races. Fabulous weather and so nice to be able to wear a dress and no jacket. Betting-wise wasn't a great success for me (only had 2 bets) but DH won :j

Haven't caught up with what's been going on in here yet.

No win for me last night either ILC Maybe tonight :j

Morning all

Well done on another book win FF

Seems everyone is still struggling with the heat at home. We notice here in Greece, the locals who live around us are out and about early in the day then all is quiet until after 6.00pm when they start to appear again. Young Mums out walking their wee ones, older kids playing on their bikes and older folks walking along the beach road and sitting enjoying the cool of the evening after the sun has set.

The only people about in the middle of the day, apart from the locals who are working, are the tourists We should learn from that but still like to enjoy the sunshine as (normally) see so little of it at home.

Then today I had another surprise win which was £100 Hobbycraft vouchers.
