I have been taking payments from US dollars for years for my business which each transaction has always showed the correct amount in UK pounds when converted. Just of late all my payments fail to show the conversion in UK pounds. No idea why.
Anyone else find this ?

What do you mean by 'correct'? If you mean converted at interbank rate, this can't be true. I would expect 3%+ loss. Today I see 3.7% for $.I have been taking payments from US dollars for years for my business which each transaction has always showed the correct amount in UK pounds when converted

I assume they mean that PayPal is no longer converting foreign currencies into GBP by default.
You can opt out of this conversion so if you receive money in say USD, it stays as USD in a "wallet"
I would assume this is what is happening to the OP.
Of course this may be incorrect, the OP really needs to clarify.0
