Completing the PIF

I am really worried about completing my PIF correctly and not clear on a couple of the questions. Does anyone know of a clear guide to PIFs that would talk me through it? In particular, I'm stuck on these ones:

Q about electrical work since Jan 2005 - I bought the property in mid 2005 and haven't had electrical work since then. But I know the house had some rewiring, new fusebox, etc installed shortly before I bought, possibly after Jan 2005 - I don't have any paperwork for this. Is it OK to answer 'Not during my ownership from June 2005' or whatever?

Q about complaints to neighbours - is this just about the people who actually live nearby? I have never complained about an actual neighbour but have complained to a managing agent about things the agent hasn't done, such as maintenance affecting my property. Do I declare that or not? Does the managing agent count as a neighbour?

Q about whether I've ever written or received letters about any matter affecting my property - could this be any more general?? I have had email and phone contact with managing agents about the above matters, only one of which is an outstanding matter. Am I being asked to disclose all the emails? Would a buyer ever be able to prove I had written to anyone?

I am a first-time seller so don't want to be stupidly including things I don't need to mention, but also paranoid about being sued for something I should have disclosed. Any advice from seasoned sellers please?

Does the managing agent count as a neighbour?

    1. Your proposed answer is correct
    2. The managing agent (acting in that capacity) is not a neighbour. So do not enter this under neighbours. Any unresolved complaint should be addressed under the appropriate question - or separately if there is no question - some may disagree if there is no relevant question)
    3. Ideal place to give the issue about the Managing Agent. "Correspondence with Managing Agent re maintenance issues, of which all resolved apart from ****"
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'

Thankyou ValHaller! Just needed someone to simplify this for me. Much happier now. :)
