Queen of Cheap - when you see this could you add me to the Elite 5:2 club please? I have been doing it with you guys for 2 weeks and lost 8 lbs the first week and 3 lbs this week, and that is with chocolate and ice cream on my feast days :o I am finding the fast days really good, normally Monday and Thursday, with one Saturday too. I drink lots anyway so the water drinking is easy for me, switching from diet cola to water has really made a difference for me though. I was drinking far too much diet cola with all the deals we've had, but I do enjoy ice cold water, so eventually set up the filter water container in my fridge and now have ice cold water on tap - great :j 11 lbs in 2 weeks, never done that before  :j :j

Good morning everyone my shopping has to be curtailed after doing an inventory of my fridge freezer and chest freezer! Being I live alone I have enough food to last for many months so my plan is now to start increasing my stock on bottles and cans etc and to utilise any freebies and coupons as they become available I like many of you have over the last few years saved so much money and tried so many different products it's wonderful and I have ate like a king I have also had a great buzz after walking out of the supermarket with full carrier bags and having spent so little so it's a big thank you from me to all of you for your input. from a grateful pensioner.
