Will the bread still work today? I heard someone say it drops off MSM early usually, wasn't sure if they meant today or tomorrow.

Morning all. Fasting for me today - second day of third week. I've only lost a total of 2lb so far, which is a bit disheartening, but I'll stick with it a bit longer.

Can I ask a question. What do you mean when you talk about a trigger? Thanks.
If the yogs stop working today, I apologise, it's my fault because I'm going to try and get to sada today and these things are almost always fixed by the time I get to the shops *sigh*

    Morning All

A couple of things from T's soz if already mentioned

Noticed that the 500ml Sprites are now £1.50 for 2 so if you still have the coupons left your 80p in credit for every Two you buy ;)

Also saw that the Value Chocolate Mousse is now 18p for a 4pk but its also in the 3 for 4 offer so just 54p for 16 pots :D tested and can confirm they taste fine after 2 pots but i felt abit sicky after 4 :rotfl:

Thanks for posting about the Nivea Floflo. I always find your posts some of the most helpful on here :)

I don't think I'll have time today to get to a Sada but best of luck to those who do.

Can I ask a question. What do you mean when you talk about a trigger? Thanks.

Trigger - usually a product that is part of a multibuy in store but it is not on myS or listed but not included in the multibuy offer so therefore not picked up by the APG and it thinks you paid full price. Eg Medley are £1.89 each or 3 for £3.50. The Rocky Road is not listed on myS and does not appear on APG result (so don't count it as one of your 8 items) APG thinks you only bought 2 and compares them at full price £1.89 :D Like this:

    1 x McVitie's Medley Hobnob Raisin & Milk Chocolate Ba£1.89£0.87
    1 x McVitie's Medley Digestives - Caramel & Milk Choco£1.89£0.87

Those who think they are struggling with weight loss there may be an underlying reason. For years I slowly gained weight and I hardly ate anything and had numerous other symptoms - turns out my thyroid was totally !!!!ed.

Blimey this money saving lark is either an art or a science, haven't quite decided which yet. But I continue to be in awe of you all! Thanks for the reply, my brain says thanks - not so sure what my hips are saying though :)
    Thanks again
