I make the crisps as working out to 92p a multipack. Not desperately bad, but probably better to wait till they are down to £1.00 for a 6pk elsewhere, and then buy just 1 multipack - you don't need to overspend getting three - and would be 90p net. (10% off the £1.00). However, that's going off normal prices - far better would have been the Skips 18 & McCoys 15 combo had that worked - or the crisps tip-off aau1 picked up.

It's now the second best that we've got to fall back on, in the absence of the three comparing ones all failing to pick up A's m'buy previously (lol:rotfl::rotfl:- at the SS, put two boxes through and the bill comes up as £3.78, scan a further one and the bill goes down:rotfl: to £3.50 - they pay you 28p to put a third one in your basket - well, not quite - in fact, not at all:rotfl::rotfl: - explanation: the multi of 3 for £3.50 is rather expensive, especially compared to normal offer prices of £1.00 each, seen quite often at supermarkets, including at A). The 43p per box, while it is not as good as the previous glitch, it's still very very good.

(Sainsbury's probably did have it instore - they do stock Lynx shower gels of that size - but it had disappeared from Sain's.co.uk.)

:mad:I would have been better not picking up that shower gel (...and it was the only bottle I found instore, on a corner away from the shower gels, and rather pleased at doing so at the time - but...), it compared to £2.40:eek: at Sains on the APG. Apparently even if an item goes out of stock and appears as N/A on MSM.co.uk, it can still continue, at whatever price it was at, on the APG for up to a week. Dashed my APG on that shop.

I won't go so far as to say it is "completely" pot luck, as this isn't my normal experience, but I do agree that it is pot luck sometimes. That said, those new potatoes, even when they do compare at 39p, the N/A on msm.co.uk would also never give any clue would it?
