My local does (it's an extra), it has them near the checkouts along with sewing needles, thread and those rolly things you run over clothes to get rid of pet hair.
Dunno if it'll do the kind you want though, I think it sells thick lengths in just white and a mixed pack of white, black and grey
I think it was blue and yellow packaging with 'korbond' branding.
(I bought some a while ago so I think they still sell it)

Normally on one of the little ends with the thread and needles etc! Hope you just need simple elastic, it's normally just the thin stuff.

Does anyone know how I appeal declined cashback on TCB?
One of my snapsave items has now shown up as declined and I have no idea why and I can't seem to find anywhere to chase it up

What I can say is definately don't go to carpet right. Carpets seem cheap but they charge for everything on top. My carpet was £14.99 a square metre and that included a good quality underlay which was made from recylesd carpets. The carpet itself had a felt rather than foam backing and could have been laid straight onto floor but as underlay was free I went for it and is lovely underfoot and of course insulation is better.

My sister got a new smart carpet recently which looks plain but has got bits of flecks in it which I think will be easier to live with than a completely plain one which shows all the bits
