Sorry tweets I have no carpets at all except on the stairs so I'm not up to speed with what's good. My kids and animals mean that I need to replace the stairs carpets once every year or 2 so I go for as dark and as cheap as possible! :rotfl:

I'm buying the Benecol for me. Just had my cholesterol results back and it's coming out at 6.5. I think Benecol is claiming a 10% reduction after 6 weeks. I'd like to get it below 6:) BUT while buying it I noticed that A are selling their own brand cholesterol lowering yoghurt drink for £1 down from£
1.50 . Only 4 bottles but checked the ingredients and it contains the Same active ingredients. Now I know it doesn't compare I'll start buying it on next shop:)
