Minimum is usually 25k. Best thing to do would be to take the 25k, you can often repay a small amount each year if you want to bring the total down. The other option would be to put the amount you don't need in a savings account to help pay off the mortgage earlier than the final date. With such a small mortgage you need to calculate whether the arrangement fees and valuation charges will outway the benefit of a smaller monthly repayment. No point saving £20 a month if it costs you £1500 to do so!

Good morning, we found this was the case for us, the arrangement fee to go to a lower APR out stripped any savings so decided to just pay off the mortgage at a quicker rate , we tried various combo's such as savings account but with the state of the interest rates it just would not of been worth it, good luck and if you do find a soloution let us know.:)

I have played with the nice n easy before but can never find the missing colours actually in any stores.

But the tresemme and aussie in a separate group is a possibility and there are john frieda items missing from msm working on a list of them now.
